Cooking for the boys, I will take you young men who feed yourselves processed food, artificial flavors, toxic sugars, and fast foods from a handful of companies that don’t have your best interest at heart.

I will fundamentally change the way you think about food, and how it’s prepared, kept and grown. I will help you develop an understanding and respect for the food to be put in our bodies to keep our minds in everybody’s healthy and strong.

I will help you develop the techniques you need to meal prep and cook for a family and kids one day.
