I get it, hitting the gym can be a daunting task. But hey, who said you can’t put on a workout video at home? If you’re feeling a little insulted right now, that might just be the motivation you need. It’s time to ditch the excuses, summon some discipline, and embark on your fitness journey.


So, here’s a challenge: Drop down and give me five push-ups. And guess what? I want five more because, yes, I’m dead serious. Take a moment, get down on the floor, and knock those push-ups out. You’ll thank yourself later.
