The scorpion was made from the copper wire that powered a lighthouse. 

about a year ago I was lucky enough to be part of a project where we needed to decommission I lighthouse on the Oakville pier. It was being torn down so our job was to remove all of the electrical. I was lucky enough to be able to keep the piece of wire that ran from the disconnect to the panel, and from that wire I am able to create about Six wire sculptures scorpions for you, the people.
