This is a 9 x 12 acrylic on canvas octopus painting. I made it as an homage to one of my favourite authors, HP Lovecraft, and the terrifying feeling of dread some people feel burning in their chests, looking up for light to swim too, but feel like they’re being pulled down, down, down, down.. So here’s a cute little octopus to pick up your day. This painting can also be re-created in any size and in any other colour palette.
