Cooking forum

Welcome to the channel and welcome to the forum where we talk and discuss health and wellness. I hope we can help each other level up.

I am a tradesman in my 30s I am a service technician who’s on the road daily rushing from job site to job site saving the day and helping others.

There are so many options for fast food and garbage food with no real nutrients everywhere you look, and at one point a few years ago I had to figure out a meal plan and budget for my food as a single male just trying to get by and I got into main meal prepping and I relied heavily on an app called fit men cook all these years later I am building towards releasing a cookbook of my own, I have a quired a laundry list of tips and tricks that I would be more than happy to share with all of you but my intention is to help young man find a balance between budgeting your food cost and eating healthy, meal prepping and cooking dinners for one or for that special somebody. If you’re looking to level up and fix this one aspect of your life It can truly help you in others.

I encourage everyone to send your tips tricks recipes, follow along share and help the community. Remember we are stronger in numbers and no one should be made to feel like they’re doing it alone.

If you have any questions please reach out to me comment below and I will get back to you in order.

First meal to be posted…

Salmon and mixed veg

This is an easy one and a good one I went to my local grocery store and I picked up a salmon steak and a salmon pinwheel for $5.99 each and I had a giant bag of mixed vegetables in the freezer from a week prior the whole meal roughly cost me about $12

I decided to cook them slowly in a frying pan on medium heat with a little bit of avocado oil they cooked up fairly quick in about eight minutes oh, and the mixed vegetables were cooked to My preference, I don’t like my veggies to be too over cooked or soft. This whole meal can be prepared in under half an hour and it’s ridiculously good for you after returning home from a long day of work and training at the gym.

Comment below let me know how you felt about this one. Are you a big fan of fish? What’s your favorite fish? Which recipe do you wanna see me create next? Help me build and share this community. See you on the next post.
